General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be instances of stock discrepancies.

  • If we cannot fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase, we will:
    • Fulfill the available products.
    • Contact you to determine if you wish to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase and is final.

Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

  • Returns due to change of mind are accepted if the request is made within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who must arrange for the shipping.
  • Refunds for returns are issued as store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping costs paid during the initial order are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

  • Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of receiving the item.
  • Customers must prepay return shipping but will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Upon approval, customers can choose from:
    • Refund to the original payment method.
    • Refund as store credit.
    • Replacement of the item (if stock is available).

Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Shipments within the country are generally delivered in 2–7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments are delivered in 4–22 days, depending on the courier service.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes are allowed anytime before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

P.O. Box addresses are serviced only through postal services. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

Shipments to military addresses are possible through USPS. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, the order will be held until the item becomes available. Existing items will be reserved.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us to investigate the delay.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing them to monitor the shipment’s progress.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If a parcel is damaged in transit:
    • Reject the parcel and contact customer service.
