Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, Vetrimaram will process a full refund (excluding shipping costs, as the initial shipping charge cannot be refunded).

Processing Time
Allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive the item.
Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns.
Third-Party Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for products purchased through other entities such as distributors or retail partners.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Proof of Return
Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery.
Inspection of Goods
All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. In the rare instance that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.
